Hi. The Aircon unit is not operating with the remote controller (new remote purchased). On the manual operation, only warm air is blown out from the unit. Require fault finding inspection report please. Thank you

They came out to look at the unit, and determined the PCB board is faulty and not taking commands to turn unit into heating cooling.
