New Fire, wetback and Flu installation etc

Quote for Metro Wee Rad Base and Wetback with a flu etc installation or similar fire (15kw) We are buying a property at Taipo Road, Rongotea and the fire is not useable so we are looking at getting a new one installed as soon as we can once we go unconditional etc This is what we currently have a quote for: (Supply and install Metro Wee Rad Base wood fire complete with flue and flash through roof. Remove existing wood fire, flue and bring back to workshop for disposal. Drain hot water cylinder and raise cylinder to correct height as per specifications. Connect all associated pipework to cylinder and wetback. Heatrite to install tempering valve to cylinder as per specifications and refill cylinder. On some occasions when a hot water cylinder is drained it can leak due to its age and will need to be replaced. If this may occur it will be at cost of the customer and not Heatrite. Install wood fire on existing floor protector. Customer to make sure there is working smoke alarms within 3 metres of bedrooms to meet with local council building requirements. If no smoke alarms are installed or not working at time of inspection Heatrite can supply and install at an extra cost.)
