Uninstallation of stand alone fireplace and chimney + TV aerial
Job description
We are looking to remove this fireplace, chimney and patch the roof where the chimney extends through it as we dont use it at all and want to reclaim the space in our lounge. Pictured also is a TV aerial of some type that we would also like removed and bolt holes in the roof covered up. We are happy to patch and paint the interior roof hole ourselves. If the fireplace and chimney are worth something to the person who does the work they are welcome to it. It is approximately 5 years old (I have paper work to confirm exact age if it matters) and would have only been used the first 2 years until we bought this house. Alternatively in the more likely event there is a cost associated to dispose of the fireplace and chimney we would like a seperate quote to do so. So to summarise the work involved for the builder we imagine would be.. - Uninstall the chimney - Patch the exterior hole in the roof left from the chimney uninstallation - Uninstall the aerial pictured - Patch any holes in the roof left after the uninstallation of the aerial pictured - Dispose of the aerial pictured With a seperate quote for - Complete removal and disposal of fireplace and chimney We are looking to get this work done at the earliest convenience. Not in a big hurry but keen to get it done and sorted.
