fire place install

i need a lady kitchener pedestal model, free standing fire installed, it is second hand and has had new parts but will need the inspection for permit. We have a flue but may or may not require a new one, of course this will need to be installed also. We do not have existing permit, this is a new installation. We are classified as kaipara district council. I am told they are kinder than Whangarei :)
