Woodburner replacement

remove existing fireplace and hearth. Install new fireplace (already purchased masport radiant 16kw pedestal). include lodging council consent for work. Include purchase of new hearth once deciding suitability, and include the purchase of other items required to do completed and professional job. A previous quote I have states "allowance for additional height protection due to pitch of roof". i understand there will be carpet missing due to reduction in size of hearth. I understand I may need a new ceiling plate if the one provided with the flue kit is too small
