Replace non compliant woodburner with new

Existing woodburner is non compliant and flue is blocked over. Looking to have this removed & replaced with a Kent or Metro to suit. Gable roof, unsure of pitch.Hoping existing hearth is suitable. I am happy to purchase new woodburner (& flue?) & apply for consent myself. Site visit available from 24 November.
