Chimney flue replacement

A chimney flue replacement is required for an existing chimney that has a concrete stub. Replacement is need from just below roof level upwards. A new new roof is being put on the house at the same time so scaffolding is in place Job incorporates either 1. Removing the existing concrete stub surrounding the chimney flue to just below roof line and installing the new metal flue OR 2. Just installing the new metal flue above the roofline Please provide a quote and availability to complete the job in the next 2 - 3 week period while scaffolding is up. Thank You
