Chimney leak

We have a Kent Fiamma wood burner (10 years old). The flue leaks a little, which results on water collecting on the flashing above the fire and dripping down. It seems like this is seeping in between the outer layer of the flue, and the inner layer. The wood/gib is not effected in anyway by the water.
