Effective and prompt communication. Slight question mark on the $135 as, apart from some anti-bacterial spray it was basically 1 hour's labour, but happy with the professionalism showed.

"This is the going rate for services. Heat pumps are specialist equipment, and require specialist skills and tools, which require maintenance. Apart from the labour there are "behind the scenes" costs, such as Liability insurance, travel time and vehicle costs to each job etc. Hope this helps. Thank you for your feedback :)"
