Ace Aire diesel heater/boiler repair

We have an Ace Aire diesel heater that needs repair. It fails to ignite by itself, we suspect something wrong with the wick. It also needs a service. It has worked fine until end of last winter and has been regularly serviced, but the repairman who previously did it is no longer around. The diesel boiler is connected to a diesel tank outside the house, is fully flued and does a great job heating the house so we're keen to keep it going.
