New gas heater

Wanting a quote for new gas heating, Pretty sure the gas has been disconnected. Weighing up between getting a new gas heater put in place or just removing all together and putting in a heat pump. Looking at the new rinnai gas heaters that look like a heat pump and also the gas fireplace. Thanks
