Gas water heater system repair

We have a Rennai underfloor gas water heater model REU2424W-2K(SP) When switched on the flame will sometimes ignite then it sounds like a fan or pump switches on and no longer have flame heating the water. So we need a knowledgeable person to look at system and repair asap please. system is on external wall and easy to get to.

Flue replacement

Chimney flue has been assessed as being damaged and needs to be replaced. I have been told this will require removing gib board inside the house to gain access to the fireplace but this seems excessive and I would like another opinion.

Just moved into a new house and have found that when a northerly wind blows it comes straight down the chimney and smokes out the house. The chimney sweep said it could possibly be due to the flue not having enough clearance above the roofline. Want suggestions/quotes to get this sorted.

Urgently need fireplace repaired + chimney sweep

We have a fireplace in our new house that has a hole inside the firebox. I need this urgently repaired and also need a chimney sweep/check done as we have never used it before. Please only contact if you are able to come out this week and you must have experience repairing fireplaces. House located in Paerata, Franklin (about 5 minutes before Pukekohe).
