Full Fire place installation from Consent to loading the kindling #2

We need a Masport Minos 2 Clean Air installed. House is 2 storey built in the 80’s. Fire will be installed on the bottom level and pop through the roof as close as possible to the pitch on the roof. (Will need to penetrate the first floor and the roof) We will need a council consent, flue, hearth etc.
