Flue replacement and wood burner repairs

Hi, I need the flue for my old Kent wood burner replaced due to rust and swelling. The flue will need an extension as the ceiling is high. One story home, tile roof. The door needs resealing/rope repairs and it needs new bricks. I have been getting quotes for installing a new wood burner and they all vary with no one company willing to supply, remove and install, so am seeking to repair instead.
