Replacement kW Heatpump & Add Second Heatpump to Master Bedroom

Replacement of a Fujitsu ATSG18KMCA 5kW system in living room. This system has lost gas twice and service company cannot find source of leak so paircoil needs to be replaced as well as split. The outdoor unit has plinth and cabling in place. New paircoil will need to be installed externally in capping. Special Considerations: 1. Indoor unit needs to cover old high wall which is 92cm x 30cm 2. Single story dwelling with roof access 3. Replacement unit in living room needs to be minimum of 7kW (prefer 8 or 9) as layout of room has changed. 4. Master bedroom has noting installed so this needs to be new 5. Happy to consider multi split 6. Brand to be either, Midea, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Daikan or Fujitsu 7. Home is a Fletcher build completed in 2016 8. Need this completed in next 4 weeks 9. All scrap, packaging and old unit to be taken away 10. Open to fixed price on unit(s) (please seperate the 2) and then pay Time & Materials at an agreed hourly rate and margin to remove risk for you. (An estimate of costs would be excellent for budgeting). 11. Photo’s of bedroom also show possible cable way to external wall.
