Woodsman Totara insert fire consent and install

Have removed old fire and purchased new insert and flue plus materials to comply with fireproofing which includes 'Promotect H' sheeting and Ceramic Fibre blanketing. I just need help with applying to council for a building consent and assist with installation to correct standards. I will lay tiles over hearth and have a pre-made mantle surround that I hope to reinstall. I can be on the job to assist where necessary.
