Existing wood burner inspection, sweeping and repair

I have a 2007 model yunca wood burner that at the very least needs a sweep but probably needs its flue kit replaced after barely being serviced or swept by the previous owners. I’m also informed by the council the chimney possibly sits below the legal required minimum height above the roof, the hinges on the door need replaced and the air tight trim around the inside of the door also needs replaced
