The cowl on our flue has come loose and rattles about in the wind. Should be an easy fix but it is a two storey house and roof has a fairly steep pitch. We're on a slope so even higher (relatively) from the other side.

Did take a while to get a date for our job (after initially optimistic estimates) but we do understand about how Xmas gets in the way. When it happened we were very happy with the communication, promptness, quality of work and attitude of the person who came to do it.
