Had a fireplace sweep and check up due to smoke coming through closed door. Got a recommendation to lower lining inside ceiling to correct height, install braces on chimney, extend chimney, and add exterior liner. Would like this double-checked and done asap as its getting cold and it's my only source of heating. Need someone reliable who shows up.
