Fireplace install and surround repair

Hello, Our old open fire needs replacing and the surrounding will probably need a good dral of work to do this. It's a 1925 house. The surround is a weird yellowy ceramic tile but it's it's old brick house so who knows what's underneath. The fireplace inner bit is brick/stone. The wooden topper appears to be a solid but decrotive wooden mantle. We would like to Replace with a wood burner. And possibly change the surround depending on price and what's under the tiles. Asap for the quote please, need done by winter lol
