Pellet Fire Service for Permit

We recently replaced our old pellet fire with a semi new one. It has been installed but there is leaking when it rains from the ceiling where the flue goes through it. Upon inspection, it seems the boot needs replaced on the roof. We need to get a permit for the fire, but before we can, I'd like to have the whole fire checked over and have any issues fixed.
