Heat pump - replace existing unit with new

I have a 8.5 KW Fujitsu which is coming up 15 years old. Motor was replaced about 8 years ago. Only means of heating the house (approx. 110sm). We’re in the valley so it has to be able to cope with winter temperatures. We’ve hardly used it as an air conditioner, so would choose based on heating specs. Would ultimately like two indoor units. Most likely outside of my budget, but interested to see how much this would cost.
