Chimney repair and clean #2

The top of the outer casing around the top part of the flue of my chimney has rusted down. This has made a gap below where the crown is fitted and I want the crown fitted tight and no gap below it, and no chance of increasing rust; this may require the whole flue cover to be replaced depending on how far the rusting has progressed. I also want the chimney cleaned at the same time if this is possible. I am at Toko Mouth about 15 minutes drive from Milton. I want the job to be done in the morning.
