Air con and heat pump installation for two bedrooms

We are considering installing heat pumps for two of our bedrooms. Each bedroom is about 15 square meters. We haven't purchased the heat pumps yet, so we are open to either supply and installation or just installation if we provide the units, whichever is more affordable.
