Issues with condensate pump - Aspen Mini Aqua Silent
Job description
We had our heatpump installed last year. We have had issues with the condensate pump ever since install. It is located in our roof and it first vibrated loudly whenever it was on A/C. The installer came back and moved it's position but now rather then it making noise when the AC is on, it now vibrates for 3-5 seconds every 5 minutes while off! I do not believe this is an issue with the condensate pump itself but more a matter of optimising it's position to reduce the sound. At the moment we have to turn it off at the distribution board as it's too noisy to leave on. The photo shows the current location of the pump in the roof. I also have a video showing it's current noise level to assist the tradie.
