Overall very satisfied. He was 1/4 hr or so late but the office had the courtesy to ring and let me know in advance, which I appreciated

"Thanks for your feedback but 15 mins late in Christchurch traffic during rush hour is pretty acceptable and I don't think we should have been marked down for this, especially when we called and explained we would be slightly late."
