Our heat pump condenser freezes over regularly, especially when the outside temp is below 5 deg. This results in the ducted system blowing cold air throughout the house. Work required: Carry out refrigerant leak detection. Check system pressures. Top up gas if required to correct spec. Ensure system won't freeze over wasting power and not heating house.
