Remove wood burner and flue, then seal roof and ceiling

Remove the wood burner and flue from living room. Plumbing work (remove pipes) required and it is a wet back. Then the roof and ceiling needs to be sealed. The wood burner hearth may be removed as well (depending on cost). We will be heating the home using heat pump alone.
