Fix paint job on chimney

The paint from the chimney has melted off slightly and melted on some Christmas Tinsel so it looks pretty shitty. Just wanting to get it repainted or something to bring it back to new. Partner tried solvents to get rid of Tinsel residue which inevitably peeled a layer of paint back too. Preferably have it fixed the week after easter
