Gree Heatpump - leaking refrigerant (?) and water

We have a Gree heat pump installed in our house. It was making strange, low pitched noises (from within the walls, not the interior/exterior unit itself), that we noticed a few days ago, and 5th Feb turned it off at the switchboard. The next day (6th Feb) there was blue water leaking from the left of the interior unit; and normal water (?refrigerant) from the right. We think that the piping inside the wall is leaking but we aren’t sure. We are hoping to get a tradesperson in to come examine the issue and ideally repair it ASAP given the hot weather! We also have an issue with the burglar alarm not working. We would also like help installing an exterior solar powered surveillance camera. Ideally the tradesperson could help with all issues/jobs.
