Heating - assessment and possible installation

We currently have a rental property which has both an electric wall heater and a gas heater in the living space. As part of healthy homes, we are required to assess the energy output of both of these, and then possibly need an installation of a further heating device to 'top-up' with or a new heat pump. I am requiring both an assessment and then a possible quote depending on the outcome. Required heating capacity of living space if 9.6KW. Thanks Penny.
