Chimney - stucco need urgent repair, double flue

Really looking for someone to repair 2 chimneys at a property. Both chimneys are flue surrounded by stucco. An option I have been told is to take off the stucco surrounding the flue and replace the entire flue with a double flue as a cost effective repair. Other cost effective repair option may exist. Will want to start asap
