Removal of existing chippy and flue

We are renovating a 2 storey 1970s townhouse that has a chippy fireplace in the kitchen (ground floor). We'd like to have this chippy and flue removed so we can re-use the space in the kitchen for a bench and the flue space for ventilation. We'd really appreciate it if someone was available to complete this job in the next couple of weeks.
