Earthquake chimney reinforcement

Thanks to all who showed interest in this job. I have had independant advice that this chimney is too cracked to secure and needs to be removed. Therefore I have put this job on hold while I explore my financial options I have a double pot chimney with a log-burner flue running through it and minor cracking and would like it quakesafed/reinforced with steel angles and bracing or such. Thanks.
