Chimney Flashing Repair

Roof insulation being installed in a couple of weeks and the installer has asked that (what looks like) a small leak in the chimney flashing be looked at and remedied. It might just need some RTV or it might be more extensive. There is also an old ceiling tile next to the header tank that needs to be removed, the roof is tin, so the old tile must be part of the old asbestos roof that was replaced long ago, you will need to wear protective gear and double wrap it in plastic.
