New Heat pump needed

Remove old heatpump which has water dripping through it. ( first photo) Replace it with a new heat pump ( 5.5kw) 2nd heat pump (2nd photo) had a fault test done on it and now it just turns on and then straight off again. Was working ok before that. We are in a 2nd story commercial building. The outdoor units for the heat pumps are on the roof. A scissor lift will be need to get to them We have 7 heat pumps. 5 of which we use Please provide an idea on cost and availability.
