Pellet Fire Service

I hope someone can help us. We have a pellet fire (which is our main source of heating) and it's beginning to play up... The fan doesn't always engage, and at night time you can actually see sparks coming out of the chimney... Is someone please able to help us with a service ASAP if possible? It's getting pretty cold and with a 7 and 4 year old in the house, we desperately need to get this sorted... If you are able to help, please could you give us a call.
