Wood burner removal

We need to have the wood burner, plinth, and the chimney removed. The roof will need new roof tiles where the chimney was, if reasonable. We can discuss how to fill the hole in the ceiling. You don't need to worry about the floor or painting but you will need to dispose of the burner(still usable outside Christchurch) and the flue. The back of the log burner is not attached to the wall.
