Supply and install suitable Heat Pumps to four normal height bedrooms approx measure as follows: Bedroom 1: 3760mm X 4200mm Bedroom 2: 3350mm X 3250mm Bedroom 3: 3300mm X 3250mm Bedroom 4: 3290mm X 3600mm See floor plan for further details. The roof space is accessible. I’m leaning towards a multi split system unless doing individual high wall units are cheaper. I’m not too keen on a ducted system due to higher cost and less control over which room is heated and when. I’d consider brands similar to Mitsubishi for higher efficiency (COP ~4.6) and low noise. Also I’d hope it won’t be doing too many defrost cycles over Christchurch winter. As an example of what I think might work is MXZ-4E80VAD2 plus 4x AP25 or AP22 indoor units. Please provide quotes with unit breakdowns. Many thanks.
