Heat pump installation and re-gassing

I need a heat pump installed in a sleepout. Electrical cabling has already been run to where the external unit will be placed and a concrete pad has been put down for it to sit on. It is a back to back installation. The heat pump was originally inside the main house but was too small for the large living area it was in so was replaced. It still works fine, however, the person who did the replacement said it would need re-gassing if it was to be reinstalled somewhere. Can be done off the books if preferred. Would like to have this done in the next two weeks. Heat pump is a Panasonic. Job is on Daniels Road in Redwood.
