Log Burner Removal and Re-instate Ceiling and Roof

I have just bought a house which has an unconsented log burner in it and my house insurance requires it to be removed. I would like this removed and taken away along with the flue etc. as well as repair the gib ceiling and put roof tiles in place (I have some matching in the back yard). Please note: the furniture in the photo is no longer there.
