Install used pellet fire (permit already obtained) into a new build. Soaker flashing and hearth will already be installed. Must fit fire, new flue, EDSM boot flashing, and ceiling plate. Flue to go through cathedral ceiling (see photos) in front of 1.2 m wide blockwork.
