Underfloor heating in the study room, living room, kitchen. Remove carpet & install wooden floor. Please note this is a town house and these the request upgrade is for the upstairs floor. I have copy of the BC plan and property file if required. I have attached copy of floor plan below. Subject site is UNIT 2 second one from the right. We are open to recommendation on type of floor to use.
