Underfloor heating issue

Have a underfloor heatpump installed, the ducting keeps blowing off the box and end up heating under the house than in it. The heat pump itself ends up overworking this is a reoccurring problem! The system needs to be sealed properly but keeps blowing off. Also the box itself has popped some rivetts because of the fan pressure - even tho we have it on low.
