Heat pump relocation

I have an existing daikin heat pump casette (low wall) unit located in my lounge which I want to relocate to the master bedroom. I want to relocate both the interior and exterior unit. The power supply wire running to the external unit is long enough to reach the new location, and my electrician has advised that this should not require a safety certificate, as the wiring is not being changed.
