This was not one of our best experiences. Right from the beginning communication was less than satisfactory. Job was delayed and caused inconvenience for Tenant. I also had tp chase to get job fully completed. Then to add insult to us Flint Construction issued a "Pay Immediate" before payment was due. Condition 1. on invoice stated payment due within 7 days of invoice presentation. Pay Immediate email was sent 7th March with Invoice date 2nd March.

"Thank you for the review. The delay in getting the job completed was out of our control due to the supplier being unable to get the correct coloured tiles for this job. We explained this to the home owner as soon as we were made aware of the issue. We completed the job on the day the tiles became available. Regarding payment, we are happy for this to be made within 7 days. We sent a weekly reminder of payment due and there was no intention to cause offence and apologies if this is the case."
