We are going to buy a heatpump for our rental property, so looking for a professional installer to help us install it. We want the heat pump put in the lounge.

We choose the Chris to do the work as the lower price. Now this is bad choice. The heap pump stop working couple month later.We try to contact Chris many many times, but his phone never connect. So we have to pay $650 to find other professional people come to fix it, they told us that the faulty installation causing the problem. Very bad experience. so regret. Cheap price = Cheap quality!!

"Not sure of the issue here as no one contacted me about this i was contacted by email initially and that has not changed since .This review is 2 years since the job was completed ,i have done years of installing heat pumps and always use best practice for installing and commisioning them ."
