Heat transfer

I need a quote for our landlord to install a heat transfer system from the lounge to one of the bedrooms so it’s one room to one room transfer through the roof. The quote needs to include the transfer kid. It’s about 6 metres (running length) from the lounge to the bedroom but I will confirm the distance.
