Bi fold doors and decking

We are looking to.. 1. Remove 2 large back windows and replace with bi-fold doors 2. Build extensive deck on rear of house . approx. size. 50Sq Mtrs 3. Deck to have sunken seating and have steps. 4. We are looking to have an sunken spa within this area and some glass fencing to make spa compliant 4. We currently have a pool in this area that is surrounded by concreat paving that we intendn to fill in and replace area with above. 5. We are also looking to instal an outdoor flame heater within a new concrete wall that will form part of the above project
