Heat pump was rooted during the earthquakes, she looks ugly but has worked in the past. After about four weeks of doing a great job the heat dropped, had one company look at it for four hours and said it needed a new remote. We are not in a position to buy a new one as the house is due to be demolished next year but if we can get this up and running to a position it was that would be great. I am guessing that the gradual slow loss.of heat over time is due to a leak in the system I am not sure if this a easy fix or not
